As the fog clears, Sentia's haunting, hypnotic and hard-hitting new track, WINTERSON, conjures a sense of bleakness and despair, carried on by an unwavering determination to move forward.

Written during a period of intense anxiety, Vocalist Amos Phillips recounts how it nearly saw the end of his ability to perform:

“Anxiety is a mother f*cker! It’s stolen what should have been some of the happiest times of my life and damn near destroyed me on more than one occasion. After a particularly bad panic attack one sticky summer evening, I swore to myself that I would do whatever it took to get over this and get my life back.”

Shuffling through progressive rock and metal territory, Winterson drives forward with a constant 7/8 time that struggles to catch its breath, building like an anxiety attack toward a suitably sombre, but satisfying climax.

This release is the fourth of Sentia's string of new singles produced, mixed & mastered by Forrester Savell (Karnivool, The Butterfly Effect, Twelve Foot Ninja, The Omnific) with drums engineered by Luke Palmer (Dead Letter Circus).
